So, you’ve got a Texas Cellnet email address and you need to configure a program to send / receive email? If so, you can try the settings below to see if they work for you.

Texas Cellnet’s email settings for clientGeneric email settings to use when configuring your email program.

Mail Server: For mail server use mail.userservices.net

Account / Password: use your full email address for the account name (ie. youremailaccountname@texascellnet.com) / password for your email account.

Then try the following that best suits your needs. (numbers in front represent the port to use / followed by the type to use with specified numbers) – example: if you use POP type email for incoming mail, you would use 110 or 995 as the port for that configuration. If you setting up IMAP type then you would use port 143 or 993 for the incoming mail with that config. Outgoing email settings: Ports should be either 465 or 587 port.

Incoming mail

  • 110: POP
  • 995: POP
  • 143: IMAP
  • 993: IMAP

Outgoing mail

  • 587: SMTP
  • 465: SMTP

You should arrive at a page asking for your credentials to login.
